Our Quad Lock head office is located in South Yarra - one of Melbourne’s vibrant inner city suburbs.
We are located within easy access to a variety of local dining options, including excellent restaurants, cafés, and bars. The area is also home to shopping destinations like Chapel Street and Toorak Road, with plenty of boutique stores and retail options nearby. Plus, we're within walking distance of beautiful parks and gardens, providing the perfect spots for a lunchtime stroll or a relaxing break.

STAGE 1
Chat with our Talent Team
Your first interview with Quad Lock will be a phone call with our Talent Partner.
This conversation is an opportunity for you to learn more about our company culture, the role, and the team you'll be joining. We'll also take this time to learn about you, including your background, motivations, and experience to see if there's a strong alignment. During the call, we’ll outline the next steps in our recruitment process and ask a range of questions to better understand your fit for the role.
STAGE 2
Hiring Manager Interview
In this interview, typically conducted via Zoom, we’ll explore your behavioural and technical skills to better understand your suitability for the role.
It’s also a great opportunity for you to gain insights into the role’s specific requirements, ask questions, and connect with your potential future manager to get a sense of our collaborative work environment.
STAGE 3
Key Stakeholder Interview
In this stage, you'll typically meet in person at our office to engage with key stakeholders relevant to the role. It's an opportunity to showcase your work, present a case study, or dive deeper into your key experiences and skills, demonstrating how your expertise aligns with the position and how you can contribute to the team’s success. For certain roles, we may also ask you to showcase your practical skills through a task, whether completed at home, in person, or through another format. We'll work with you to choose the option that best suits your style and preferences, as we aim to see you perform at your best.
STAGE 4
Final Interview
Finally, there might be one last step – a casual call or coffee catch-up with one of our senior leaders. This conversation serves as an opportunity for both sides to revisit any points that require further clarification.
It’s all about ensuring it’s the right fit, so feel free to ask any burning questions you’ve got before we wrap things up!
